Cut the body
The template for the body is partially done.
I managed to damage the master template and in the process duplicating the results in this one, i have sanded those mistakes, the space in the lower horn was also increase by a small fraction. I used double side duct tape to secure tho the template to the wood for creating this new template. When i tried to separate the 2 pieces off wood the tape removed some off the wood in the template.
When i secured the template to the body wood i used the same method, double side duct tape and 2 clamps.
First router pass, lots off wood to be removed, the router will not like it...
Some sections are problematic and others the wood can split and brake when you are routing, some times its possible to hear the wood splinting and you can stop the router in time and break it by hand others you can not stop in time or realize the wood is going break.
Template is removed and one more router pass.
The horns and neck section is the most problematic section to rout. There is 2 sections where the double sided tape appears to have removed some off the wood grain.
