Finally fixed the wiring problems.
I did not spot one part off the diagram and had interpreted the wiring on the tone pots push pull in the wrong order off what was on the top and bottom. Had to change the order in the 3 way switch since the space it has on the body is does not allow to place in the order i wanted, so i changed the wiring to match the controls up and down position, having it on reverse orientation to the pots it self was awkward. Because the grounding off the control touches the side off the cavity i place some duck tape to prevent it touching directly the cavity control. The heat shrinking tubes where heated and shrunk to final size. Duck tape and cable ties to organize the cables. For the complexity off the wiring i think it actually does not look to bad.
To heat the heat shrinking tubes i use a Iroda micro-therm, direct open flame is bad for doing this.

Pre-drilled for the tuning pegs.
Wilkinson EZ-Lock arrived with 5 bushings and 7 screws....
Tremolo was final installed.
Tremolo was final installed.
Calculating the string spacing, i had to play with the neck alignment and the bridge strings witch can be moved slightly, the truss rod cover was cut from the same material as the control cavity plate, and the 7th screw from the tuners was used to secure it.
The nut sits OK in its slot, the string where slightly lowered in action.
Made a tremolo cover this was the final result, its the same material was the control plate but when initial planing the plate i drew holes in safe spots and with paper draw a shape and before transferring it to the material i thought i have to invert the paper if i draw in the white surface but then when i started tracing it to the material i did not notice i did reversed the paper, started to cut and ohhhh.... lets continue. Think the white turned out better.
The screws on both plates where totally recessed.
I think the white works better for the tremolo cover, and its possible to change strings without taking the cover, it has full aces.
Finally every thing in place.
Guitar has low play action, bridge is medium output super clean, basically it does not get distorted, i raise it to the max possible the neck is hot and i had to lower it a bit.
Clean and Driven Sounds. My 1st sound recording experience, i only have the interface for recording about 2 days ago.
Line6 DT25 direct out to Focusrite 2i2 into Reaper, only one track recorded. Tubescreamer and TC Darkmater used at in some sections in Driven sound.
My playing is not any thing amazing and i need to check the leads and the amp ground switch with Darmater was humming a bit to much.
