Tuning Pegs
The back off the holes for the tuning need to be enlarged, although the front section witch was not drilled by me is in some cases a bit to large and not very rounded.

I used a correct size drill for this job, that drill is for the Grover size tuning pegs, since the idea off over drilling to much is not fun.
Hum…. probably not the best idea since that drill is really super sharp.
The drilled hole.
All holes drilled and the hole for the screw that holds the tuning peg in place, this hole is not the correct size for the screws since Grover uses imperial size measurements and i live in a metric country so the other bit i could drill was to big for the screws.
I already had read that the screws that come it Grover tuning pegs are soft, very soft…. and since the holes for the screws where not drilled to the appropriate size and depth the majority off the screws got damaged so i have to get replacement ones. The nickel screws got damaged at minimum force that wood make, even using the right size screwdriver and not trying not to force it to much any resistance that the wood make resulted in the screwdriver actually cutting the nickel screw instead, i used a security screwdriver and still manage to damage them verily easily.
The front section off the holes is not properly done, some actually hold properly the tuning peg and others have to much slack, i will have to fill those holes a bit, maybe the wood filer will fix it.
Also one other thing that is not properly done is the slot for the nut.

The slot is not flat and the nut will not sit properly, i will also have to fix that.
