Page 10 - The Old Nazgul Claw
On the 7 day after the last coat off true-oil i finally apply the satin finish to the neck.
The sides off the fretboard where sanded to hide some off the imperfections left by when this fretboard was drilled for fret side dots, also i rolled the edges off the fretboard since it was to sharp and painful. The frets where given a basic clean and the neck truss-rod was adjusted and the neck straighten. Only 2 frets not leveled where found. Did some initial leveling, only one frets is not fully leveled but its only a small section off the fret itself so it should not be a major problem.
The claw and springs finally arrived.

Schaller Sure Claw, basically a tremolo claw on steroids. The holes that where on the tremolo cavity from the pickup routing where fixed, and a black coat off paint applied. Grounding on the tremolo claw is already done.
Access hole for adjusting the tremolo spring tension is also done.
Extra strong springs, since its a 7 string. I used some heat shrink tube to make them more silent.
